GSA Management LLC (also InSite Property Group) is seeking a highly motivated Summer Acquisitions Analyst Intern with a strong interest in real estate acquisition to help support SecureSpace Self Storage. The intern will work closely with the Acquisitions Team and Senior Management to assist with the identification, analysis, and due diligence of potential acquisitions for InSite.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling
- Supporting real estate acquisitions and development team with underwriting new real estate projects
- Assist with conducting market research and analysis including market comps, supplying analysis and market share review
- Assist with special projects for Senior Management
