Endeavor’s Summer Internship Program is a full‐time paid ten‐week commitment featuring rotations within various Endeavor departments. Interns will be exposed to an in‐depth look into the world of commercial real estate and gain hands‐on experience in the retail, multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed‐use asset classes while also spending time studying the capital markets on a local, regional, and national level. Due to Endeavor’s vertical integration, the program is structured for interns to get exposure to each business unit, including investments, acquisitions, development, leasing, and management. The program culminates with a final case study presentation of one of Endeavor’s prospective developments to principals and partners, with the presentation touching on everything learned throughout the various rotations during the summer.
The interns will report directly to principals and may be asked to communicate with various third parties, including contractors, buyers, tenants, and vendors.
