As the Acquisitions Analyst, you will contribute meaningfully to the acquisition and asset management growing manufactured home community portfolio throughout the United States. You will be responsible for effectively underwriting, performing due diligence, and asset managing manufactured housing for the Bridge Multifamily Fund Manager and will report directly to the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management.
- Underwrite manufactured housing in the largest 50 markets throughout the U.S.
- Communicate professionally with brokers, lenders, and property managers
- Report underwriting findings to senior management
- Assist in the due diligence and closing process for all deals in your region
- Frequently travel to our property sites and learn submarket dynamics to assist with underwriting and asset management
