About the Position:
Declaration is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join the real estate private equity team in Bethesda, MD. The Analyst / Associate will be a key member of the team that underwrites, structures, executes, and monitors commercial real estate investments. The Analyst / Associate will work directly with various members of the RE private equity team. The position is a generalist role, with an emphasis on analytical / modeling / presentation tasks associated with portfolio management / reporting for existing investments, new acquisitions / development deals, and fundraising (depending on the changing needs of the business). This will allow for development of a diverse skillset with exposure to a variety of real estate investments across product types and geographies, typically in joint venture, preferred equity, or Co-GP structures.
