Dorothy J. Cole is seeking a Personal Financial Planning Assistant / Researcher to join our firm and help serve new and existing clients. The Financial Planning Assistant teams up with experienced CFP® professionals and other financial advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
The Financial Planning Assistant will be responsible for providing operational support to financial advisors in a client-first environment. The ideal candidate has a heart for service, a passion for delighting clients, a focus on continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to always do what is best for our clients. The Financial Planning Assistant will assist the team in many areas of our financial planning practice, including performing research on various topics, answering in-bound requests, preparing new client documents, managing information in the CRM system, providing customer service via email, phone, and video conference, facilitating and resolving client service requests, scheduling client meetings, generating and emailing correspondence, and completing other tasks as assigned.
