Finance Overview:
The Property Operations Finance team will assist in driving the performance of assets operated by PEG’s property management companies, PEG Hospitality Group (PHG) and PEG Property Group (PPG), through detailed financial planning and analysis. This position requires an understanding of hotel operations, multifamily operations, basic accounting principles, financial statements, and the ability to forecast how current performance will impact the future performance of assets cash flow and profitability. This position will have a high degree of exposure throughout the organization and requires the ability to take complex information and present it concisely to management and other key stakeholders. Additionally, this position will have access to sensitive information which will require a high degree of integrity and trust.
